Research Interests

(1) Growth and p-type doping of ZnO for applications in blue LEDs and ultra violet detector;
(2) Preparation of transparent conducting ZnO and their applications in LEDs and Solar battery
(3) Epitaxial growth of Si and GeSi on Si substrate by ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHV/CVD) and Growth and characterization of GaN on Si by MOCVD for LEDs

2.Growth and characterization of transparent conducting ZnO thin films and their applications in Solar battery
3. Preparation of GeSi and silicon-based nano-structure materials and their relative devices.
